The essential phrases to introduce yourself!

Je m'appelle... – My name is... (Literally: "I call myself...")

J'ai ... ans – I am ... years old (Literally: "I have ... years")

Je suis française/français – I am French (française for women, français for men)

Je viens de... – I come from... (Examples: Je viens de France, Je viens des États-Unis)

J'habite à... – I live in... (Examples: J'habite à Paris, J'habite à Londres)
